Bradley Cooper admits he’s let himself go since filming new movie The A-Team.
The hunky Hangover star got himself pumped up for his role as Face in the ’80s TV remake but says he has since lost his manly muscles.
“That’s all gone now,” says Bradley. “I’m back to my usual self.
“I could never keep that up. I look at myself in the movie and it looks like my head on someone else’s body.
“All that went away the moment the movie was over.”
Cooper recently revealed that he lost out on the lead role in upcoming flick Green Lantern because he couldn’t stop himself from impersonating Christian Bale.
“I did audition but I didn’t get it, Ryan Reynolds did,” he said.
“The trouble was that when I auditioned, it being a superhero movie, I couldn’t help but do my Christian Bale Batman voice.
“I don’t know why. Needless to say I didn’t get the job.”
Alias may be coming back… or at least a new version of it may be on the way.
Eonline’s Kristin Dos Santos is reporting that, while nothing is official, ABC is in very early talks about a possible reboot of the J.J. Abrams created series, which starred Jennifer Garner.
Dos Santos says that the network, having failed to find a foothold with the cancelled FlashForward, is looking at other ways to create a new series that could resonate with the kind of audience Lost had, and Alias is one title that is brewing among the execs. Apparently this new version of the series would “borrow some elements” from the original, but “would most likely not include any sort of complex mythological throughline such as the Rambaldi prophecy.”
One thing that’s uncertain is how involved Abrams would be with a new version of Alias, if at all – As you’re probably aware, the guy is just a little bit busy these days with other projects, including the new NBC spy series Undercovers
So what do you think? Can you accept someone besides Jennifer Garner as Sydney Bristow? Let us know in the comments!
Bradley Cooper says getting a doll in his image has always been his “career goal”.
The actor can soon be seen playing Lieutenant Templeton ‘Faceman’ Peck in The A-Team, a remake of the popular 80s show. Movie bosses are certain the feature film will be one of the biggest blockbusters this summer, and have arranged for a series of dolls modelled on the main actors to be made. Bradley stars in the film alongside Liam Neeson, Sharlto Copley, Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson and Jessica Biel. They are all pleased to have toys of themselves made, but for Bradley it is a dream come true.
“I do indeed have my own action figure although apparently it looks nothing like me,” he laughed. “I am very excited that there is an action figure for Face. It feels like a big deal. Getting my own toy was always the goal!”
Bradley had to beef up for his role in The A-Team, with women expected to go wild for the hunky physique he sports in the movie. He had to stick to a strict regime to put on enough muscle, and was forced to give up bread. Sandwiches are a staple of Bradley’s usual diet, and he missed them greatly.
“Well, for The A-Team I had to get in this crazy shape but I still like to make sandwiches, although bread doesn’t really factor in when you’re getting in shape,” Bradley explained. “So I used to take grapes and put an almond in between. Pretty nuts – we got pretty crazy on the set of The A Team!”
Bradley Cooper lost out on being the Green Lantern because of his Batman impression.
‘The Hangover’ star auditioned for the part of the Green Lantern in the upcoming blockbuster of the same name, but lost out to Ryan Reynolds – and he blames Christian Bale for it.
The actor is quoted by Absolute Now as saying: “I did audition but I didn’t get it, Ryan Reynolds did. The trouble was that when I auditioned, it being a superhero movie, I couldn’t help but do my Christian Bale Batman voice. I don’t know why. Needless to say I didn’t get the job.”
Though Bradley may have to wait a while before he is caped-up and fighting crime, the Hollywood star has plenty in the pipeline to keep him occupied.
The 35-year-old is signed up to star in the sequel to the hugely successful comedy ‘The Hangover’, the highly anticipated summer release of ‘The A-Team’ as well as thriller sci-fi mystery ‘The Dark Fields’ with Robert De Niro.
Cooper plays Templeton ‘Facemen’ Peck in ‘The A-Team’, opening in US cinemas June 11.
Bradley Cooper is ecstatic about having his very own action figure. One of today’s sexiest guys in Hollywood, and currently dating Renee Zellweger, Bradley has finally gotten his lifelong ambition. Several toys were made in his image for his role in the summer blockbuster movie The A-Team, where he plays Face, the heartbreaker in the group.
“I do indeed have my own action figure although apparently it looks nothing like me,” he said in an interview. “I am very excited that there is an action figure for Face. It feels like a big deal.
“Getting my own toy was always the goal!”
Meanwhile, Renee has apparently given him a baby deadline.
“Renee knows her biological clock is ticking and she’s desperate to settle down and have a family,” confided a source.
“She has told Bradley in no uncertain terms that if he doesn’t agree to raise a child with her, she sees no future for them as a couple.
“Renee is even prepared to adopt if she isn’t able to get pregnant.”

Bradley Cooper was hard at work filming The Dark Fields in Philadelphia yesterday. He’s coming up on the year anniversary of the release of The Hangover, which is an indisputable turning point in his career. Since then, Bradley’s been all over the place from award season where the comedy had some unlikely wins to magazine covers to his romance with Renee Zellweger. He has another big Summer coming up thanks to The A-Team and he just locked down a lucrative deal to make The Hangover 2. Still, he’s trailing Anne Hathaway in the first round of the PopSugar 100! This came as a big surprise to us, who seeded him at 7 far above her 23, but we also know how much love there is out there for Anne. So tell us — did Bradley Cooper have a bigger year than Anne Hathaway?
I know I’m a couple days late with this, but I’m just now hearing about the MTV Movie Awards Nominations. Bradley is up for Best Comedic Performance and his movie The Hangover is nominated for Best Movie! Look below for the voting links and please vote for Bradley!

Stars of the hit comedy The Hangover – Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis have signed multi-million dollar deals to make a sequel.
Cooper, Helms and Galifianakis will get about $5 million each for a second instalment of the comedy, while director and producer Todd Phillips is set to earn $10 million, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
The Hangover, which tells the story of four men who go on a bachelor party in Las Vegas and wake up the next morning with no memory of what happened the night before, is the highest grossing R-rated comedy of all time, after becoming a surprise box office smash.
The three actors made less than $1 million collectively for the original movie and were reportedly keen to get a much better deal the second time around, according to industry specualtions.
Justin Bartha, who played the missing groom in the original, will also be back for the sequel, which is set to begin filming in October.
